Customers can cancel their order before it is confirmed or prepared by the vendor.
Once the order is in preparation or out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed, except in special cases reviewed by our support team.
Orders can be canceled directly through the app under the "My Orders" section by selecting "Cancel Order".
If the cancellation option is not available, users should contact our support team immediately.
If the order is successfully canceled, any paid amount (if applicable) will be refunded within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method.
If the order was to be paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), no charges will apply.
Mit Ghamr App reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
Product or service is unavailable.
Invalid address or payment issues.
Violation of app policies or terms of service.
Customers will be notified immediately, and full refunds will be issued if applicable.
If the app includes service bookings (e.g., salons, maintenance, events):
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Late cancellations may be subject to a partial deduction based on the vendor's terms.
At Mit Ghamr App, we respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to delete your account and all associated personal data.
To request account and data deletion, please follow these steps:
Send an email to: support@mitghamrapp.com
Include the phone number associated with your account in the message.
Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days from the date of the request.
Certain essential data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes for up to 90 days, after which it will be automatically deleted.
