2. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers listing imported products on the app must:

Bear full responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance procedures.
Ensure that the imported product is legal and safe for use within Egypt.
3. Imported Product Disclosure
Sellers are required to:
Clearly indicate in the product description that the item is “imported.”
Provide any necessary documentation upon request (e.g., safety certificates or import licenses).
Specify estimated delivery times, considering potential delays due to customs procedures.
4. Customer Notification
Customers will be notified in the following cases:
If the product is imported and may require additional delivery time.
If additional charges (e.g., customs or taxes) may be requested upon delivery.

5. Prohibited Products
The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed or sold through the Mit Ghamr App:
